We employ a range of therapeutic techniques tailored to meet your unique needs and goals. These may include cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) to identify and challenge negative thought patterns, mindfulness techniques to cultivate self-awareness and emotional regulation, solution-focused therapy to set achievable goals and problem-solve effectively, and narrative therapy to explore and reframe personal narratives.

Please note NDIS participants seeking counselling will be charged at the recommended price guidelines set out by the NDIA
Opening hours are between 9am and 4:30pm Monday to Friday. Appointments are available after hours upon request except for Sunday.
Please Note, that we currently do not have a physical address, therefore, in-home, telehealth (video conferencing, or phone) and walk and talk appointments will only be available at the present time.
